In my case it is activated instantly but in your case time may vary upto 5 minutes due to the heavy activation request on Free2Host's server so be patient and keep refreshing the website.
Now click on manage and you will taken to your hosting account. This is where you'll manage your hosting settings and install WordPress. Here you can find details such as your account username and server information.

Accessing your Hosting Account's cPanel or Control Panel is much easy just click on the "Control Panel" button.
Now it will redirect you to your Hosting's cPanel but before that you have to confirm your hosting account. Click on "I Approve" and it will take you to the control panel.
